GENERAL QUESTIONS
Villa Sirena is superbly located in Lacco Ameno, Ischia, just 800 metres from both the Old
Town and the stunning San Montano bay. Our unique position, between the sea and Mount Epomeo, guarantees our guests the utmost tranquillity without foregoing the convenience of having all amenities within easy reach.
We can arrange a private transfer with driver from Naples airport to the port of Naples, and our staff will be waiting for you when you reach Ischia. From Naples Central Station you can either take the underground to the port (Line 1), a taxi at a set fare of €13.50, or use our private transfer service. Contact us to arrange your transfer.

Our complimentary transfer service will greet you at the port of Ischia. When your hydrofoil or ferry arrives, our staff will be waiting to accompany you to the hotel, ensuring that your arrival on the island is completely stress-free.
Check-in is available from 12:00 noon to 11:00 pm. Guests must check out by 10:30 am. After checking out, guests may leave their luggage in storage and continue to make use of all the hotel facilities, including a changing room where they can dress before departure.
Yes, overnight accommodation always includes our generous breakfast buffet, where you can enjoy fresh homemade products, from cakes to croissants, accompanied by freshly squeezed juices and espresso coffee.
Villa Sirena is open from March to November. We spend the winter months carrying out maintenance work to ensure your comfort at all times.
Yes, we offer free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, in all the rooms and common areas, so you can stay connected at all times.
Yes, we accept small dogs but only in specific ground floor rooms with private terraces, subject to availability. Please contact us in advance to check the availability of these rooms.
Yes, we have a private parking area which is available to our guests at no extra charge.

Our Superior rooms have lovely private balconies, ideal for enjoying sea or mountain views. The other room types have large windows that provide brightness and comfort.
Family rooms are designed to comfortably accommodate up to 3 people. Bright and quiet, they are distinguished by large windows overlooking majestic Mount Epomeo, offering the ideal space for a comfortable stay with loved ones.
While Family rooms overlook the breathtaking view of Mount Epomeo and can accommodate up to 3 people, Economy rooms are distinguished by their overlooking a quiet interior patio. Both maintain the same standards of comfort and amenities, differing in view and guest capacity.
Yes, all our rooms have individually controlled air conditioning to ensure your comfort in every season.
Room service is available from 7:30 am to 10 pm.
Yes, all rooms are equipped with a mini-bar.
Yes, each room is equipped with a free digital safe.
RESTAURANT
Breakfast is served from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., a light à la carte lunch is served on the terrace from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., and we start serving dinner between 8:00 and 8:30 p.m. The bar in reception is open from 7:30 a.m. until midnight and the bar on the terrace is open from 10:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Yes, we do. Our chefs are able to meet all dietary requirements. Please inform us of any intolerances or preferences when making your reservation.
Yes, during the summer season our snack bar on the terrace is open from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m., serving a light and refreshing menu.
Yes, most of the vegetables and herbs we use come from our organic vegetable garden. This guarantees freshness and delicious flavours, bringing the island’s authentic culinary delights to your table for you to enjoy.
We hold gastronomic evenings dedicated to the Ischian tradition every week, with special menus celebrating the island’s typical dishes. In summer, we also organise fish barbecues outside on our panoramic terrace.
For half-board guests, seating is always guaranteed. For B&B guests, we recommend reserving a table, especially during peak season or for theme nights.
SPA AND WELLNESS
While the spa pool and wellness area are always open to our guests, bookings are recommended for specific treatments and massages. Our staff will be happy to help you plan your wellness journey.
Our wellness area and indoor spa pool are open 24 hours a day. Treatments and massages are available daily from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon and from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.
Yes, our spa is affiliated with the National Health Service. You can access a course of spa treatments with your doctor’s prescription (Italian NHS red prescription), paying the prescription charge only. The prescription must indicate the pathology and the recommended course of treatment. Our medical staff is available to help you choose the treatments best suited to your requirements.
For mud baths, the correct wording is “Ciclo di Bagni e Fanghi Terapeutici” (Cycle of Baths and Therapeutic Mud Treatments), with an example of diagnosis being “artrosi” (arthritis).
For inhalation cures, the correct wording is “Ciclo di cure inalatorie” (Cycle of Inhalation Treatments), with an example of diagnosis being “rinite” (rhinitis).
We will supply you with a bathrobe and towels. We recommend that you bring your swimsuit and flip-flops for the pool. We will supply you with everything you need for the spa treatments.

You will also avoid the fees charged by online agencies, allowing us to offer you the best value for money.
We accept the major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards and cash. Payment can also be made in advance by bank transfer.
No cancellation fee will be charged for cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. The cost of two nights (accommodation only) will be charged for cancellation up to seven days before arrival. The cost of the entire stay, net of services, will be charged for cancellation from the seventh day before arrival and for no-shows.
